We want you to feel confident in your Hello Shade™ sleeves! Since each pair is made in small batches, we do not accept general returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to review your request. 

If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to nicole@shophelloshade.com with your order number and details, and we’ll review the request on a case-by-case basis.
