HELLO SHADE® Sleeve Returns

We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shophelloshade.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon request.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you experience a quality-related issue, please contact us at hello@shophelloshade.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your jewelry becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
